PLO Genius requires minimal technical input from users. All you need is an internet connection with a speed of at least 10 Mbps and a modern internet browser. As a cloud-based solution, we take care of infrastructure management. Once you've purchased PLO Genius, there's no need for additional hardware or software investments.
I'm new to PLO. Is PLO Genius suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. PLO Genius has been designed to cater to all skill levels. Its innovative visualization of GTO solutions for 4-card and 5-card PLO makes it an excellent tool for beginners. The GTO Trainer Challenge Mode further enhances learning by providing an intuitive and engaging way to understand preflop ranges in all situations.
What if I want to use a non-traditional payment method to purchase a subscription?

Yes, we offer a free subscription tier that includes a limited number of stack sizes. This version is free of charge and always will be. You can upgrade to the paid unlimited version at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Is there a contractual commitment?
While we'd love for you to stay, you have the freedom to cancel your subscription whenever you choose. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your chosen billing period (monthly or annually). You can cancel your account at any time online through your Profile settings in the PLO Genius app, or by contacting our support team via email.
